Skybet Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player") and Skybet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Skybet platform, including all sportsbook, casino, live casino, virtual sports, poker, and promotional services available at skybet-khelo.net.

By registering an account on Skybet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, and that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or place any bets on Skybet.

These Terms apply to all Pakistani players accessing Skybet and are written to be as clear as possible. To place bets or access any paid features on Skybet, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and open to Pakistani residents who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms. The following conditions apply to all Skybet accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active Skybet account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a family member's name, or using third-party information — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your Skybet login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, secure and confidential. Skybet will never ask for your password via chat, email or phone. Do not share your credentials with anyone.
• Contact details: You must keep your registered mobile number and email address current. Skybet uses these to send account notifications, verification codes, and responsible gaming communications. Outdated contact details may delay withdrawal verification.
• Account verification: Skybet may request identity verification documents at any point — particularly before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Standard documents include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a selfie for liveness verification. This process is straightforward and protects both you and the platform from fraud.

Skybet reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to give a reason. Approved registration does not confer any permanent right to continued access — Skybet may suspend or close accounts in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.

Skybet operates exclusively for adults. The minimum age to register and use Skybet is 18 years. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement and Skybet takes it seriously.

At registration, you confirm by ticking the age declaration that you are 18 or older. Skybet may verify this declaration at any time by requesting a copy of your CNIC, which shows your date of birth. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, Skybet may suspend your ability to withdraw funds or access certain features.

If it is discovered that a player has registered an account while under 18 years of age, Skybet will immediately close the account, void all bets placed from that account, and return only the net deposit amount (after any winnings are removed). Promotional or bonus amounts will be forfeited in full. Skybet may also report the matter to relevant authorities if required under applicable regulations.

All financial transactions on Skybet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Skybet supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 200
• Deposits are credited to your Skybet balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider
• Skybet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside Skybet's control
• Deposited funds must be used for betting or gaming activity on Skybet. Accounts used solely to cycle deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity may be flagged for review

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500
• Withdrawals are processed to verified Skybet accounts in under 4 minutes on average
• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name — Skybet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts
• Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal or for withdrawals above certain thresholds
• Skybet reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance procedures
• Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from Skybet's operational funds

Skybet regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, jackpot tie-ins, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all Skybet promotions:

• Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria vary by offer and are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Skybet reserves the right to exclude players from specific promotions at its discretion.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino games and virtual sports typically contribute different amounts. Refer to the specific promotion terms for exact contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if not claimed within the stated promotional window, and wagering requirements must be met within the stated timeframe after the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus per offer per player: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each eligible player may claim each offer once only. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times through duplicate accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• Skybet's right to amend or withdraw offers: Skybet may modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be affected by subsequent changes to that specific offer's terms.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the Skybet sportsbook, virtual sports, and any other wagering product on the platform:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation screen or notification from Skybet. If you experience a technical error during the bet placement process and do not receive confirmation, the bet has not been placed. Do not assume a bet is placed until you have confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each market before placement. Stakes outside these ranges will be rejected by the system.
• Odds changes: Skybet's odds are updated in real time and may change between when you select a market and when you submit your bet. If odds change before submission, you will be shown the updated price and given the option to confirm or cancel.
• Obvious errors: If a market is made available at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical error or human mistake, Skybet reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Bets placed on obvious errors are not valid and will be settled at the correct odds or voided entirely. Skybet will inform affected players promptly.
• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed beyond the specified settlement period, single bets on that event will be void and stakes returned. Accumulator bets will be settled as if the void selection was not included.
• In-play betting: Skybet offers live in-play betting on selected events. In-play markets may be suspended temporarily during key moments of a match. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be queued and either confirmed or cancelled depending on whether the market re-opens at those odds.

The Skybet casino, live casino, jackpot slots and virtual sports sections are governed by the following rules in addition to the general Terms above:

• RNG certification: All casino games on Skybet use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RNG is certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories and produces genuinely random outcomes. Neither Skybet nor any of its staff can predict or influence the outcome of any game.
• Game malfunctions: In the unlikely event of a game malfunction, all affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game session are not valid. Skybet investigates all reported malfunctions promptly.
• Connection interruptions: If your internet connection is lost mid-game, any unresolved game round will be completed automatically by the game server in accordance with the game's rules. Your balance will reflect the correct outcome once you reconnect.
• Jackpot games: Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on Skybet are updated in real time but may occasionally lag by a few seconds. The official jackpot amount at the moment of triggering, as recorded by the game server, is the amount paid to the winner. Displayed amounts are indicative.
• Live casino: Live casino games are hosted by third-party studio providers. Skybet is not responsible for actions taken by live dealers outside the scope of normal game conduct, but all complaints regarding live casino sessions are investigated and passed to the relevant provider.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Skybet and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potentially being reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Skybet account (multi-accounting)
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or corruption of any sporting event
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multi-player game
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any script-based tool to place bets or interact with the Skybet platform
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs, or loopholes to gain an unintended advantage
• Attempting to launder money through Skybet deposits and withdrawals
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Skybet account by a third party, particularly a minor
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward Skybet staff

Skybet monitors all accounts for suspicious activity using automated detection tools and manual review processes. Where prohibited activity is identified, Skybet will act swiftly and without advance warning.
